These Terms are an agreement between you and Cristian Ciurea, Street Marte 34, Sinpetru, Romania ("we", "us") for using the Prive+ apps and services ("Prive+"). By using Prive+ you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you got Prive+ from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and the Apple terms in §12 apply.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Prive+. When you accept these Terms in the app, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Prive+ is an unofficial client built on the Telegram API. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram. Your use of Telegram through Prive+ is also subject to Telegram's Terms of Service (https://telegram.org/tos). We are not responsible for Telegram's services.
You are responsible for your account and devices. Keep your sign-in details secure. You can delete your Prive+ account at any time in Settings.
Prive+ has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You must not use Prive+ to post, send or share content that:
You also must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer for abuse, overload or gain unauthorised access to Prive.
Abusive users are not tolerated: anyone who posts objectionable content or abuses other people is banned from Prive+.
You can report messages, chats and users, and block users, in any chat in Prive+: press and hold a message and choose Report, or open the chat's menu (⋮) or the person's profile and choose Report or Block user. We act on every report within 24 hours: we remove the objectionable content and ban the user who posted it from Prive+. A banned account can no longer use Prive+, can't sign in to Prive+ again with the same Telegram account, and its messages are hidden for all Prive+ users. Reports about Telegram chats are also sent to Telegram, which moderates its own network. For chats that start from a connected website, that website's moderators also see the report. We may remove content or ban accounts at our discretion, without notice, if we believe these Terms were broken. Content that sexually exploits minors is reported to the authorities.
Websites that connect to Prive+ are independent third parties. Website Connect chats can be read by the website's moderators, who also see your Telegram username and ID. Websites are responsible for their own content, offers and policies. Any purchase you make on a website is between you and that website, not Prive.
You keep ownership of what you send. You give us a limited licence to store, transmit and display it only to operate Prive+ (for example, to deliver messages and to handle reports). You are responsible for your content.
Secure connection routes Prive+'s own traffic through our relay in the EU. It is provided "as is", may be turned off in Settings, and does not make you anonymous to the people you chat with.
Prive+ is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for content posted by users or websites. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including consumer rights in your country).
You may stop using Prive+ at any time. We may suspend, ban or terminate your access if you break these Terms.
If you downloaded Prive+ from the App Store: these Terms are between you and us, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for Prive+ or its content; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support; to the extent any warranty applies and fails, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any) and Apple has no other warranty obligation; Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to Prive+ (including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims); you confirm you are not in a country subject to a US Government embargo or on any US Government restricted-party list; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws where you live.
